Introduction
Since the covid 19 pandemic, the way of work environment has changed dramatically into remote working which causes many complications. One of them is unplugging after work. It refers to being disconnected from anything related to work. In the case of remote work, it is a critical issue to make the employees place important to take a break in their place of relaxation. The next difficulty is mental breakdown, because human beings like to socialize; without it, problems may occur: loneliness, depression, and stress. In addition, there is the lack of communication, which can lead to certain problems, such as: possible conflicts, misunderstandings, low morale and lack of motivation.

Solution
The solution from our group is to create the working environment software with the help of Virtual Reality (VR) to give the feeling of playing games to make employees relax while working online. The employees can see their colleagues when doing the job by using the VR. They can also talk with each other face to face while in the meeting. In addition, the software has many features.
The first feature is the assistance tools which help in project management are the calendar or schedule (or timetable) to help planning the project and reminding the deadline of each person in the team’s work. Tracking and assessing the members work progress using the data from each of their submissions and the member’s status to help increase productivity. Document sharing and collaboration: each team member’s work can be assessed after the submission by the others to receive the comment for improvement or in cases that there are some overlooked bugs and errors.
There is also the VR meeting or conference which helps the team members or the employees joining the discussion in the VR room to help stimulate the experience of meeting each other in real time. Moreover it can be done at any place and any time as long as there is the VR headset. With the VR headset, the outside environment will be less distracting, allowing members to concentrate better throughout the meeting and communicate effectively.
Lastly, The VR gaming and entertainment feature. Help improve the friendship (or the relationship) between the employees as there is no real interaction when using the vr headset simulation. Aid the employees in having their relaxation time after work or meeting. The examples of games are card game, board game, and monopoly. Also included the karaoke and party feature to entertain the employees.

Impact of solution
When hearing the word 'work', it is normal for a person to feel a certain degree of resistance. Nonetheless, no one can deny the fact that everyone has their own responsibilities that can not be ignored as it can lead to serious consequences, such as: not having enough to feed or satisfy oneself and one's family. It can be said that working can be corresponded to putting the pressure on oneself. Moreover, it can lead to stress or depression making a person not wanting to continue with their job and have a negative impact on their performance. Furthermore, with the current situation of work from home, there is a severe problem of employees not being able to differentiate between the working and resting time distinctly.
Our virtual reality software stimulates the workplace atmosphere, which helps a person in separating between work and home. Resting time has to be properly divided just like working in the office. To help in the management of tasks and emotions. In addition, using this software with Head-mounted display devices to make employees feel connected to one another, more passionate about work, and feel like they are working in their company.
Deep Dive into solution
To help solve the issue from above, it is important to develop VR software tools that recreate the workplace environment with the necessary components. First of all, it is crucial to create the geographic model to be used by the map controller which will be sent to user interface control. We also need to use the environment manipulator to create the real sense of environment and to be able to command the company environment. In the case of the dynamic data, the software will generate the environment around the company. A good illustration is the weather in real life (e.g., if today is sunny, the software will create the same environment). Lastly, there is the use of Head-mounted display (HMD) devices so that people can see the virtual environment of the company and hear audio.
Architecture of solution
To ensure that everyone can use these software, the following framework of the innovation is provided in (Figure 1).

Conclusion
The purpose of the project is to use virtual reality to solve certain common existing problems from remote working (e.g., unplugging after work). The software VR is planned to include some helpful features, including: the VR meeting or conference, the assistance tools for project management, and the VR gaming and entertainment feature. There are many components required in order to develop this software and there are also hopes for it to improve further.
